Emergency Support for Covid-19

Due to the covid-19 crisis people all over the world are still suffering the panademic . In this painful situation “Jamil Foundation” has started an emergency support Programme by providing food items to deserving people especially widows. In this regard a food provision activity was arranged by Naziran Mary Grammar School at Village 133/16-L Amrat Nagar Mian Channu South Punjab(Pakistan) under the sponsorship of “Jamil Foundation” on Sunday, February 21,2021.
More than 54 packets of food and grocery items were distributed among the deserving widows in this aid operation.

The Jamil Foundation has given temporary subsistence to thousands of people, most of whom are widows with children or families with disabled members.  If you are one of those contributors, thank you again. I hope you welcome an update. We recognize that collecting money for food does not solve Pakistan’s underlying problems. Further, the need for food assistance is increasing.  We are therefore expanding our efforts to helping people who do not have the income to start small businesses or to learn new skills. Our first business was to help 2 ladies in Lahore set up a spice repackaging business. They are now self-sufficient thanks to a microloan of $100.
